Kickboxing
Paul has been involved in martial arts since 1974. He has competed in many contests (both individually and as part of the Great Britain Full Contact Team) - gaining British and European recognition.

His passion and way of life has always been all disciplines of martial arts.

Over the years, Paul's inspiration has come from both meeting and training with some of the most respected figures in martial arts, including Master Sken , Master Toddy, Meji Suzuki 10th Dan Master, Peter Mejic 10th Dan Master, George Canning 8th Dan Master, Joe Johal 8th Dan Master, Goff Bates 8th Dan Grand Master, Bill "Superfoot" Wallace and Master Chris Crudelli to name a few.
