Roseberry Topping Sponsored Climb - 21st November 2009

The sponsored walk up Roseberry Topping by the junior section raised a total of £467.15 to help underprivileged children. Well done to all that took part and also parents; your support was much appreciated.

ABC Weapons Training - 12th September 2009

Paul and Aid went to Birmingham to take part in a seminar with Master Chris Crudelli.

The Seminar involved ABC Combat training - a very effective form of defence and attack with weapons. The Seminar proved to be an unbelievable experience - both physically and mentally.
