Boxercise

This class is not as demanding as the Fitness Class, however you can put as much effort in as you want.

The instructor for this course is Mick Fawcett who is a qualified boxercise/kickboxercise instructor, 1st Dan Black belt and British Kickboxing Champion. He also holds Boxercise Personal training qualification and Advanced Boxercise Instructor.

He has been teaching Boxercise for over six years and has numerous classes going at present.

Boxercise is fun, uplifting, energising and very safe for men and women of all ages, so punch your way to a perfect physique.

Boxercise offers superb variety within a studio environment.

One to one coaching a a level rarely achieved in other classes.

X training in every class.
